Starbucks KETO drinks for Summer

Nothing more exciting than getting a cold delicious Starbucks drink on a Hot Summer Day. I’ve played with all kinds of different combinations to come up with the most delicious Starbucks drinks that are still Keto Friendly. 

Keep in mind even though these drinks are “Keto Friendly” it should still be considered a treat. These are not something that I would make part of your daily routine however perfectly ok to enjoy once in while and it sure beats dousing yourself with Sugar and Carbs by ordering one of their regular drinks!

*For reference, Heavy Cream has about 1g Sugar per TBS. If you can, always ask for Light or a “Splash” of Heavy Cream. Also the sugar free syrups contain sucralose. These drinks should be enjoyed in moderation.

Order Tip:
Use your Mobile App to Order ahead, I feel that drinks ordered on the App tend to be more accurate, the printed slip for the barista is easier to read than the sloppy sharpie slang words they use when you order inside, I mean if 99% of the time they get your name wrong what does that say about your drink, eek ! Tha chances of your drink being right are much more likely via mobile.
