I have struggled with my weight all my life. Cutting calories and staying active helped me keep my weight down throughout my teens and early 20’s and I even managed to shed the baby weight from my two pregnancies. As I approached 40, the weight really became stubborn. I gained about 15 to 20 lbs and although I remained active with CrossFit, etc. the scale just would not move! Last year, Jeanine introduced me to Keto. Within 3 months I saw my body changing, the scale started cooperating and I lost inches from my trouble areas (waist and thighs). Okay, so I’ve been wanting to share this for a while! Ive been on the keto diet for 8 weeks now and I love everything about it!
I have lost 14 pounds and 2 inches off my waist, hips, and thighs. My body is looking leaner every week and my muscles are finally showing off. My energy level is always high I’m never tired and never bloated. Keto has helped me bring down my bad cholesterol levels low, my triglycerides went from 400 to 69! It has also helped me for my postpartum depression, I am always happy no matter how hard it is sometime with my two toddlers.
Finally, When I first started with Your plan, I enjoyed every single meal, and now I am still enjoying new recipes and enjoy every meal. I don’t crave sweets or fast food like I used too, but if I do I can never go wrong with those fat bombs!
Thank you Jeanine for helping feel this way and for the beach body I now have, I am ready for Vegas!

I started keto as a way to get a hold on my weight. I saw someone on YouTube talking about how much they lost and their experience with keto so I started researching! I started on my own in January of 2018 and I lost 15 lbs the first 3 weeks!!! Then and there I knew a made a good decision! I stopped tracking but still stayed keto for 2 weeks and didn’t gain or loose. I was not about to settle for only 15lbs lol! So that’s went I signed up for my custom keto plan with The Keto Blog! The price was so fair and I knew not only would it help me in my weight journey but I would also gain a lot of knowledge! I have already recommended The Keto Blog to friends and I would continue to!

Meet my husband. On the left, drinking and partying every weekend. Tired all the time, needed constant naps, mood swings etc. On the right, no more partying, enjoys the occasional cocktail energetic & happy! He has never been really great with will power and resisting temptation when it came to food. Diets made him agitated and honestly impossible to be around. But on the keto diet, he has no issus resisting temptation, he doesn't feel deprived or that he is missing out and truly enjoys every meal, all the while his body keeps getting leaner and tighter.

He has been working on his transformation for a YEAR! He started out at 170lbs last October. Under my coaching we started very slowly with him, first just making minor changes to hi eating habits, cutting out soda & limiting sugar. We started with a Low Fat, Medium Carb, High Protein diet. He lost 23lbs slowly over 11 mos. In August we transitioned him to the Keto Diet and he has lost 13 lbs in 5 weeks
