Ingredients 2 Med Zucchinis 1 15oz Container Whole Milk Ricotta 1 Cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese 1 Cup Raos Homemade Basil Marinara 1/2c Chopped Fresh Basil 2 tsp Chopped Garlic Salt Pepper Instructions Preheat Oven at 350 degrees Use Vegetable Slicer to slice zucchini into thin ribbons In bowl combine RIcotta, Parmesan, Garlic and basil Set 2 zucchini ribbons across each other at a 90 degree angle spoon ricotta mixture into the middle and then fold over the zucchini, place on baking sheet seam side down Repeat until cheese mixture is gone. Top with salt and pepper to taste and Bake for 20 mins Remove from oven and top with Raos Marinara Sauce, add more parmesan if desired You can also modify to and do 1/2 the amount of ricotta and add some ground beed for a meat and cheese ravioli Serves 4 Nutrion Facts per serving 337Calories 25g Fat 7g Net Carbs 22g Protein |
