Ingredients For the Base
1.5 Cups Almond Flour 1/4 Cup Coconut Flour Pinch of Cinnamon 2 Scoops Perfect Keto Vanilla Collagen Protein 2 Tbs Granulated Sugar Free Sweetner of choice (I used Swerve) 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract 1/2 Cup Perfect Keto Nut Butter 1/2 Cup Choc Zero Maple Syrup Directions for Base: - Line an 8x8 baking pan with Parchment Paper and set aside - In a large mixing bowl combine your flours, protein powder, cinnamon and the granulated sweetener and set aside - In a microwave safe bowl combine your Nut Butter, Maple syrup and vanilla extract. Melt in Moriwave or stove top and whisk together until well blended. Add to flour mixer and combine with spatula until well blended, add 1-2 tbs of Almond milk and combine until thick and doughy. - Press dough into the 8x8 Pan and place in fridge while making the frosting. Ingredients for Frosting: 4oz Organic Cream Cheese (Softened) 1/4c Grass-fed Butter unsalted softened 2c Swerve Confectioners Sugar 1tsp Vanilla Extract Directions For Frosting: Add Cream Cheese and Butter to mixer and mix until well blended Add Confectioners sugar and Vanilla to mixture and mix on high until creamy and smooth When complete, remove Base from fridge. Spread frosting on base and return to fridge. Once fully cooled cut into 16 bars and store in air tight container in the refrigerator |
