Ingredients 1lb Thin Sliced Chicken Breasts 1 Cup Raos Homemade Basil Marinara Sauce 4oz Fresh Mozzarella 8oz Pork Rinds 1/4c Paremsan Cheese 1 egg 4tbs Olive Oil Italian Seasoning, Pink Himalayan Salt & Garlic Salt to taste ( I don't measure these) Directions Crush Pork Rinds in a Ziploc Bag, add in parmesan cheese and seasonings Coat each chicken breast in Egg and place 1 at a time in Ziploc bag with pork rinds, Coat chicken breast completely and remove (Repeat for each breast) Pan Fry Chicken breasts in Olive oil on Medium heat , Flip and when almost don't top each breast with Sauce and Fresh Mozzarella |
