    • ​You will complete a weekly Keto Progress report, I will evaluate your progress, troubleshoot, analyze ketone levels, review how your body is responding, make changes to food and/or macros as needed
    • Weekly Menu Changes and Adjustments
    • **Important: The coaching program requires a weekly time commitment, You will be given access to the Coaching portal where you will log all your progress, link your My Fitness Pal & Fit Bit (if you have one) upload progress photos, record weight and measurements etc. The more data and info your provide me the more successful and accelerated your results will be.
