How to participate (Anytime between 2/1/23 & 2/6/23
- Upload Photos into the App (My Journey) Front, Back & Side (Hold a sign in one photo that says 12 week transformation)
- Update Current weight
- Update current waist measurement
- Must be signed up to receive text messages from me Text CLIENT to 1-833-511-0854 (If you are not already signed up)
- Update progress in the app every other friday (You will receive a text reminder)
